All of the products on our website are designed by and copyright of HCResources. Products are sold for personal and educational use and should not be reproduced in any form nor sold on.
Please note that some of the products sold here may present a choking hazard if not used correctly. All products should be used with appropriate supervision, where necessary, and none are intended as toys.
Our products are primarily paper and card based and although they are durable, with frequent use may show signs of wear. The longevity of our products can be maximised by using them appropriately and never subjecting them to tearing, bending, water damage or other excessively rough handling.
Invoice on Delivery Service
Our invoice on delivery service is offered on good faith that payment will be received within the agreed timeframe of 30 days from the date of order.
Please note our invoice on delivery service is only available to certain organisations and we reserve the right to refuse to offer invoice on delivery where the ordering party does not meet these criteria. If invoices are not remitted in the required timeframes, we may refuse the future use of this service to person(s) or organisation(s), where previous payment has not been made to the agreed deadline.
We also reserve the right to disable user purchase accounts where the user has been in breach of contractual obligations to make payment for goods received. In certain circumstances we may request payment for an order prior to dispatch, even where an ordering party qualifies for our invoice on delivery service.
Returns and Refunds
Change of heart or surplus to requirement
While we hope that you will be delighted with your order, we understand there may be times where you would like to return an item or perhaps you have ordered more than you need.
Please contact us by email (email@example.com) within 14 days of delivery of your order to initiate a return and refund. You will then have 14 days to return the item(s). Once returned, HCResources will issue a refund within 14 days of receiving the return, provided items are received in an as new, resalable condition.
In such a circumstance the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return. They are also responsible for re-packaging the item(s) to a standard that will ensure they are not damaged in return transit.
Returns for a faulty item
All of our items are handmade and as such thoroughly checked for functionality and quality prior to dispatch. However, should and item arrive having been damaged in transit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org, within 30 days of receiving your item. We may ask for photographs and/or written description of the problem(s) with the item.
Where a product is genuinely faulty or has sustained damage while in transit to the customer, HCResources will gladly resolve this by offering a replacement item or refund, within 14 days from the date of your contact. Should it be necessary to return a faulty item, HCResources will cover the cost of return.
Please note we will not be able to offer returns or refunds where the item(s) have not been used according to their instruction, this may include, but not limited to, product misuse, bending, tearing or water damage or any other deliberate or accidental damage caused to the item(s) while it has been in the customer's possession.
